How big of a gap is there between your current brand and the brand you want your audience to perceive you to be? Create a personal brand plan-of-action. Try to think of everything and cover all possible aspects when developing your plan. What type of clothing will you wear? What hairstyle will define you? Will you wear makeup? What kind of behaviour do you want to convey to your audience? What will your tone be in both verbal and non-verbal communication? How will you use the available online tools and platforms to build your brand? Try to define, individually, how you will use LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blogs etc. to share your brand message.
